Ultimate Crossover

Chap. 17-Discussion:


On their way back to the hotel, everyone was running down the street to the Joy Hotel. When they finally go inside the building, everyone was lying on the floor, sitting on the flooring, leaning on a wall, or managing to keep standing.
“Well, that was a long day…” Juan panted.
“I can’t believe it! They took sissy!” Noah said.
“Not only that, they took Crocodile, Lucci, and Leah for who knows what reason,” Fiona added.
"And that Zundapp man admitted that the government had Nezo,” Gloomy said.  
“And they took-a Iralanda and Guido,” Luigi said.
“I can only imagine what is going to happen to them,” Nami said.
“I can only imagine how Jyabura will react when he wakes up and hears what happened,” Kaku said, looking at the wolf Zoan who was lying on the sofa, unconscious due to loss of blood.
“I’m pretty sure all the wounded will be okay, they just needs some rest,” Chopper stated.  
“That’s good,” Lightning said.
“You won’t have to worry about me. Fury’s have a healing factor, so I’ll be better in the morning,” Gloomy stated.
“And in the morning, we’ll start planning on how to rescue Dcat and the others,” Zoro said. “But now since we stirred up trouble with not only Sigma’s old team, but a bunch of other guys, there will be trouble.”
“Good point, we’ll need some people to stand guard,” Sanji said.
“Fortunately, we have someone who’s good at jobs like that,” Florence stated.
“Really? Who? Wolf?” Usopp asked.
“Nope, Irma,” Florence said.
“Irma? Who’s Irma?” Luffy asked.
Within seconds, a creature that looked like a human aged between 15 and 14 appeared out of nowhere with their hand raised in greeting.
“I’m Irma!” the stranger said in a girl raspy voice.
“AH!” Everyone screamed.
Irma was a humanoid creature with unruly light blue hair, light green skin that looked somewhat scaly, pointy ears, and red eyes that were wide open, making the person look creepy. Irma also wore an old shirt and shorts, but no shoes, where she had sharp claws instead of toenails. She also had claws on her hands in the place of fingernails, and her mouth was open in a smile, revealing pointy, slightly crooked teeth.
“Whoa! What race from the Spirit World are you from?” Usopp asked.
“I’m an Imp,” Irma stated.
“Imp?” Luffy said, confused.
“Imps are independent creatures in the Spirit World and are hardly summoned or chosen to be conscious of humans like yourself. Irma was chosen surprisingly, which shocked us all, and made us worry,” Florence explained.
“Worried? Why were you worried? Do Imps have a history of killing people, like the Imps in our folklore?” Perona asked.
“No, it’s not that. You see, Imps are very hyper, and to get rid of their energy, they terrorize people in the human world by pretending to be ghosts or monsters, mostly poltergeists,” Florence explained.
“I only know Irma for a few moments, and I know we’ll get along, but how is she a poltergeist when I can see her?” Moria said.
“Well, Imps have the power to turn themselves invisible, have super strong, and are telekinetic, so they lift objects when they are not seen and toss them about,” Florence said.
“How terrifying!” Brook gasped.
“Thank you for your feedback. I’ll tell the Imp king that we’re doing a good job,” Irma said.
“How can Irma protect us?” Chopper asked.
“Well, raccoon-dog,” Irma sneered.
“I’M A REINDEER!” Chopper snapped.
“Reindeer, raccoon-dog, whatever. Anyway, Imps have the power to clone,” Irma went on as she split into three. “So I can patrol more than one place at once.”
“Cool!” Luffy exclaimed, his eyes widening in amazement.
“But won’t you get worn out at night?” Nami asked.
“Imps are nocturnal, why do you think most paranormal activity happens at night?” Irma said.
“That does make the most sense,” Usopp said. “Okay, Irma, we trust you to scare away any guys planning to kill us.”
“Can I scare them?” Irma asked, with puppy-dog eyes.
“Sure, but those screams of terror better not wake us up in the middle in the night,” Zoro said.
“Fine,” Irma said.
“Well, we better get to our rooms and get some rest,” Gloomy said.  
“And some dinner!” Noah said as he, Luffy, and a dozen others ran into the restaurant.
As most of the people went upstairs to their rooms, Neko noticed Observer sitting alone on the sofa, seeming very upset about something.
“Hey Observer, what’s wrong?” she asked the Shadow man.
“I’m worried,” Observer said.
“About Nezo?” Neko asked.
Observer nodded.
“Aw, Observer, did you have a crush on him?” Jane the Killer teased.
Neko noticed Gloomy glare at the man with his eyes glowing dark blue in anger.
“No! I’m worried about him because he is the son of the king of the Shadow Kingdom, Lord Onyx,” Observer explained. “If Onyx finds out his son has been captured, this island will be attacked by all the Spirit Worlds at once in an attempt to save him. The Spirit armies will even kill people not even involved with Nezo’s capture!”
“Sort of like a Buster Call from One Piece,” Nico Robin said.
"Yeah, sort of like that,” Observer said.
Neko sat next to Observer and hugged him.
“Observer, Onyx will do that only if he finds out about Nezo. As long as he doesn’t know, the island is safe. And even if the worse does happen, I will be there for you,” Neko said.
“That’s really sweet of Neko. I needed your words. Thanks,” Observer said.
“You’re welcome,” Neko said, smiling at him. Observer smiled back at the girl.
“I thought the world was all about me, Neko,” Jeff the Killer said.
“To be honest, I like Observer better than you,” Neko stated.
“You like him-why-he’s-but I’m-haaaa….” Jeff stuttered before starting to fall backward.
“Get in position,” Ben said as he, Smile Dog, and Eyeless Jack got behind him from shortest to tallest and caught Jeff in their arms before he fell to the ground.
“Aw, Neko is being sweet,” Channel 0 Adam cooed.
“Shut up, Adam!” Neko shouted.
“Yeah Cousin Adam. Leave the girl alone. Tough girls can be sweet to people sometimes,” Radiator Adam snapped. “Like how I’m sweet to bunnies.”
“Yeah, I’m sweet to bunnies too,” Channel 0 Adam admitted.
He was smiling for a few moments before bursting into tears all of a sudden.
“Adam? What’s wrong?” Fiona asked.
“This is normally the part where Crocodile hits me on the head and yells at me to be a man, and he’s not here to do it now! I’m not used to that!” Adam cried.
With that, Kaku gently smacked Adam on the back of his head and said, “Be a man.”
“You sound too nice! Crocodile always said it harshly and hit me on the head hard with his gold hook!” Adam shouted, and started to cry harder.
“Adam! We’ll get Crocodile back, so quit crying!” Neko shouted.
“Wow, you’re sweet to Observer but not to this guy,” Radiator Adam said.
“Well, I find him extremely annoying,” Neko stated.
“And I will not blame you,” Radiator Adam said. “He annoyed me too. Always ruining my schemes to get money when we were in grade school.”
“And now Adam can do that freely in our small town unfortunately,” Yasin stated.
“Hey guys,” Muppet Leah greeted everyone.
“Hey Muppet Leah,” Noah greeted, walking into the room with a take-out box full of French Fries. “How are things?”
“Well, my kids Zephyr, Zaria and Zelda just went to bed, and Zoot went to bed early because of all that happened today, with Kermit being captured and your friends being taken,” Muppet Leah said.
“Man, he must’ve been so stressed out after that,” Kaku said.
“He’s going to keep losing his hair if he’s so stressed all the time,” Channel 0 Adam stated.
Neko and Radiator Adam smacked him in the back of the head simultaneously.
“So, I managed to hear Fiona say something about Leah turning into her Muppet form, but Leah seemed upset about it and I didn’t catch the reason. Could you explain that?” Muppet Leah said.
“You could hear that?” Fiona asked.
“Yep, good ears,” Muppet Leah said. “So, what was that about?”
“Man, this is going to be hard to explain,” Noah sighed. “Well, you see, remember when Fiona turned into a Muppet? Well, that was her Channel 0 form. She, along with me, Dcatpuppet, Nakato, Neko, Jasmine, Adam, and Leah have one, but each of ours is unique, because we get to design our own, but some of us get a form without choosing, that is unless they were originally from Channel 0, like Dcat and I. Nakato, Neko, Adam, Jasmine, Fiona and Leah had to make their own forms and after they’re done, they stick with it.”
“And I wish I could change mine because there was so much stuff I wanted to add!” Neko said.
“Anyway, Leah’s Channel 0 form is a Muppet, like Fiona’s, but she was scared to turn into it ever since she came to this island and met you,” Noah continued.
“Why’s that?” Muppet Leah asked.
“Well, her Muppet form looks a lot like…you…” Noah said.
“Me? What do you mean?” Muppet Leah asked.
“I mean, she has the exact features. Light blue skin, dark blue hair, green nose, she looks like she could be a clone of you,” Noah stated.
“Is that she was scared to transform, because she thought I was copying her,” Muppet Leah said.
“No, she thought she had copied you without realizing and I think she was scared she’d offend you,” Noah explained.
“I see, to be honest, I wouldn’t have been offended. I would’ve been a little freaked out by it to be honest, but maybe after I would’ve been flattered,” Muppet Leah said.
“That’s good to hear. We were worried about that problem too,” Nakato said.
“I wasn’t. I knew you wouldn’t mind,” Fiona said.
“When we free Dcat and the others, we’ll tell Leah it’s okay to transform,” Noah said. “But first we got to get some rest.”
As the group went upstairs to go to bed, there was a loud shout, “What the hell!”
“That sounded like Sarge,” Radiator Adam said.
“I wonder what happened,” Nakato said as they ran down the hall to the hotel room where the residents of Radiator Springs were staying.
